Motivation: The bacterial plant pathogens can pose a serious threat to agriculture and industry as the means to control their spread and to protect plants are lacking. The accelerating world economy and climate change make it of utmost importance to collect, aggregate, and access the vast quantities of emerging information as soon as possible in order to make the right decisions to prevent, stop dissemination, or apply countermeasures against a pathogen.
