Scientific Expertise: Biodiversity, comparative biology
Motivation: I strongly believe that we must make significant efforts in providing intelligible, reliable and honest scientific evidence to decision makers at all levels, including those funding research. There is no reason why we should be so demanding in medecine to take care of human's health, and consider that our planet, our ecosystems and biodiversity, including all that supports agriculture, would not deserve the best possible contribution, as the OneHealth framework reminds us.
Contribution: I can bring my experience of systematic reviews and assessments of the quality and limitations of evidence synthesis., provide advice, tools and support for capacity building and improvement of competencies. I have already worked on themes related to agriculture, forestry and conservation biology. I am very experienced in international, multi-disciplinary dialogue and group work involving scientists, decision-makers, policy makers and stakeholders (incl business)
