Scientific Expertise: Sustainable Agriculture
Motivation: I am motivated to join the EU-NESA COST Action to contribute to its mission of fostering evidence-informed decision-making in the agri-food sector. My expertise in food loss, agricultural extension education, and rural development aligns with its objectives to enhance sustainability. I aim to leverage my skills in systematic reviews and communication with diverse audiences to promote the adoption of evidence synthesis (ES) methods. Being part of this collaborative network would enable me to support knowledge exchange and innovation, advancing robust, sustainable practices in agri-food systems globally.
Contribution: I aim to contribute to the EU-NESA Working Groups by sharing my expertise in systematic literature reviews, evidence synthesis, and sustainable agri-food practices. Specifically, I will assist in developing frameworks and methodologies for ES to improve decision-making efficiency. Leveraging my communication skills, I will facilitate knowledge exchange between researchers and stakeholders, bridging technical and non-technical perspectives. My priority is WG 4. My research experience in food loss, rural development, and agricultural extension education will enable me to address sectoral challenges and drive the adoption of robust, evidence-based practices for sustainable development.
